Darcy O’Grady is a seasoned HR Executive, holding Chartered Professional HR designations in Canada and the USA and is Certified to offer Extended DISC assessments. He has a degree in economics, attended BCIT’s HR curriculum and Harvard’s Executive Leadership Education Program.

Upon university graduation, he was an analyst and then transitioned into Human Resources where his 30 year career led him to responsibility at the Director, Vice-President, Senior Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer level within the high technology, engineering professional services and life-sciences sectors. This included experience in start-up / early stage companies helping them globally scale to multinational ventures.

Darcy has been very active in the HR community as a founder of the BC HR Technology Group, a Director of the Chartered Professional Human Resource Association and a member of the BC Premier’s Technology Counsel championing the “High-Tech” variance to the BC Employment Standards Act. He was the recipient of the CPHR BC Association’s Award for Professional Excellence.
