Dr. Gert Jan Mulder is an international investment banker and strategic advisor with over four decades of experience in cross-border finance, agribusiness, and emerging markets.



He previously served as Director at Rabobank, where he led the bank’s expansion into Latin America, establishing offices in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile. Since 1998, he has been the Founder and Managing Partner of DBA Corporate Finance, an independent investment banking boutique advising on cross-border transactions and strategic capital structuring.



Dr. Mulder holds a PhD in Business and has authored several publications, including Virtually Unlimited (2023). Based in Punta del Este, Uruguay, he brings deep expertise in institutional fundraising, strategic partnerships, and international capital markets to Naqi Logix.
