Sinan is one of the co-founders of Naqi Logix and he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company until November 2023. He is recognized as an international thought leader and strategist on catalyzing innovation in companies, Sinan spent three decades at SAP Labs, working on five continents to coordinate global teams in research, development, and co-innovation partnerships.

He was Sr. Director of Operations of SAP Research, overseeing operations across eighteen SAP research centers focused on SAP’s R&D operations. He also managed international research policies at SAP Research, with special emphasis on deploying innovation solutions for both the US Federal Government and, during a two-year posting in Brussels, the European Commission.

In his final years at SAP, Sinan was asked to launch the SAP Co-Innovation Lab at SAP’s America headquarters in Newtown Square PA. There he established an open innovation process to harness SAP’s partner ecosystem, delivering new business solutions in logistics, cloud/data, IoT, and other areas to grow SAP’s business.

Sinan now heads the Digital Transformation Department of the Global Investment Start-up Promotion Agency for the World Business Angels Investment Forum. He also advises new companies and entrepreneurs on strategies to innovate and scale their businesses and products.

Sinan holds two Master’s degrees in Systems Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
