Ms. Bal Bhullar brings over 20+ years of experience in diversified business, investor relations, investment banking, financial & risk management experience as an Executive and Board Member in both public and private companies across various sectors, including automotive, technology, manufacturing, and energy. Currently, Ms. Bhullar is an Independent Board Member for Lexaria BioScience (NASDAQ: LEXX) and CEO/Founder/Board Director of BKB Management Ltd. She previously served as CFO and Board Member of ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp. (NASDAQ: SOLO), CFO of Slate Formerly ReCar (ReBuild Manufacturing), CFO of Foremost Lithium (NASDAQ: FMST; CSE: FAT), President of the BC Risk Management Association and has held positions as Board Member and Executive of several private and public companies.

Ms. Bhullar is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, a CRM designation from Simon Fraser University and a diploma in Financial Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
